Attend this workshop, and you will learn about the five principles of perception clarification, empathetic listening, appreciating diversity, collaborative problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. You will learn to distinguish between productive and destructive conflict management strategies, de-escalate conflicts before they spiral out of control, listen to understand, and improve your emotional intelligence.
