 l determine representation in Congress and billions of dollars in funding

 schools\, and parks.\n\nIn bringing together nonprofit organizations\, we 
 seek to strengthen ties across the community\, and ensure an accurate coun
 t\, especially of historically under-counted populations. Throughout the m
 orning\, you will better understand why the 2020 Census is so important to
  our community\, and what/why certain populations are hard to count. We th
 ink outside the box and brainstorm ideas for how to reach all throughout o
 ur region\, especially hard-to-count populations\, and create a plan to mo
 ve the needle on response rates.\n\nWorkshop partners include the U.S. Cen
 sus Bureau\, Kentucky Youth Advocates\, and Kentucky Nonprofit Network.
