 \n\nThe Center for Nonprofit Excellence can give you a head start in assum
 ing this role by attending our Board Chair Boot Camp. Our participants wil
 l leave this session with a solid grasp of skills and behaviors they need 
 to possess in order to become highly effective in their role as board chai
 rs.\n\nBoot Camp participants will learn the key roles of an effective boa
 rd chair\, critical successful behaviors of board chairs\, and how to deve
 lop the five key relationships superior board chairs must foster.\n\nWhat
