This is not your "typical" conversation about self-care! We hear all the time how important it is to make time to take care of ourselves. One thing we may not discuss as often is the need to do our volunteer work in ways that help us reduce burnout and stay healthy. We will explore the role that setting appropriate boundaries and staying within the CASA role have in keeping us healthy and happy advocates.
