CASA Week In-Person Sessions (Directors/Staff Only)

Local program directors who had requested waitlist tickets have been notified. The ticket count for the "Staff Session" displays the total remaining spots for the morning session.
This in-person session is for local program directors and limited local program staff only. Please see below for the day's schedule. All times are in ET.
9:30am - 12:15pm: Staff session with Dr. Marilyn Stocker
Local program staff are invited to attend this session, The VC Role: How to Be an Outstanding Supervisor. Directors who supervise volunteers do not need to attend this session, as some of the content will be covered in the afternoon. This is an in-person only event, and we are working out logistics to potentially record for other network staff to view later on. There will not be a live, virtual option. Due to capacity restrictions at the KCN office, local programs can initially invite up to 2 staff to attend; however, additional staff may be added to the waiting list. Programs will be notified as soon as possible about waitlist approvals.
12:15 - 12:45pm: Lunch for Directors
Specific lunch details will be shared closer to the event.
12:45 - 3:45pm: Director session with Dr. Marilyn Stocker
Local program directors are invited to attend this session, The ED Role: How to Be A Strategic Servant Leader & Change Agent. This is an in-person only event, and we are working out logistics to potentially record for directors who cannot attend to view later on. There will not be a live, virtual option.
12:30-3:30pm: Staff Appreciation Event
The KCN is inviting staff who are attending the morning session and other nearby staff for an appreciation event at Dave & Buster's, while directors are in their session with Dr. Stocker. Please contact us for more information and for the registration link (all registrations must be confirmed by October 18).
