Children's Justice Act Task Force Training Modules
Kentucky’s Children’s Justice Act Task Force Orientation and Training focuses on orienting task force members to the purpose, composition, and function of CJA and training task force members to work successfully improving the handling of child maltreatment cases, strengthening the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases, reducing trauma to child abuse victims, and promoting interagency collaboration. There are four modules: (1) The CAPTA and Other Federal and State Child Welfare Laws, (2) Children's Justice Act Task Force 101, (3) Child Maltreatment, and (4) Kentucky's Child Welfare System.
