Helping a Transgender Youth Find Safety and Belonging
In the midst of the pandemic, young people have faced increased isolation and disconnection. For Aiden, a transgender youth dealing with discrimination, ridicule, and exile from his peers, community, and family, being isolated at home for months has become almost unbearable. In this session Aiden talks with a therapist for the first time, desperate to find connection and hope for a more inclusive future. Requires creating a free NTSCN Learning Center account.
