Creating Permanency for Youth
Youth transitioning out of foster care often come out at a disadvantage. The norm they had grown accustom to where supportive adults fulfill specific needs typically comes to an end when they leave foster care. However, that's when they actually need more supportive people and this training addresses the need. This training is designed to help caretakers have the conversations needed to discover the supports youth will have when they leave care.
