Working Effectively with Culturally Diverse Families
This training focuses on how to work with families who may be of a different culture. The presenters go over several topics such as communication, having respect for families that are different than you, and how to handle the first contact with a family. Additionally, each presenter goes over potential ways to work with individuals from specific cultures (e.g., Somali, Asian, African America, and Latino).
