Are We Judging or Serving? Moving from Diversity to Justice!
This training focuses on acknowledging personal implicit bias. They discuss what may cause and influence the presence of implicit bias. The training distinguishes implicit bias from explicit bias. They also differentiate justice, equity, and equality. The goal is to get to the definition of justice that they propose. The goal of this training is to be able to see from a different perspective when working with families to help them thrive.
