List of Board Member Trainings and Events

KCN's board treasurer training is required for board treasurers who have been in their role for less than a year. KCN offers a virtual one-hour board treasurer training each spring and fall (same content). The next training is scheduled for April 30th, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST/2:00 PM CST.

Although the session is geared toward new treasurers, any board treasurer, board member, or staff member is welcome to attend. Topics include discussing a treasurer's duties and responsibilities, financial control policies, audit requirements, program budgets, and financial reporting.
