Curiosity & Possibility – What are the questions you’re asking and not asking that are driving your results? What are the best questions to ask to improve your results? What is the ideal volunteer journey – from your perspective, the client’s and theirs? What would it look like if it worked?
Clarity & Strategy – Getting clear about the volunteer journey and developing a strategy and timeline for making positive changes.
Alignment & Action – Create the process for aligning with your strategy and taking action to create positive change as a matter of practice instead of just when problems arise.
