Continuing Education Best Practices Webinar
Many CASA programs struggle to ensure volunteers obtain 12 hours of continuing education annually. Why is this continuing education important, what do programs need to know about National CASA's requirements, and how can programs increase volunteers' compliance? The KCN will share best practices suggestions and local programs will share their strategies and success stories. This webinar will also touch on staff and board continuing education, as well. Any CASA program staff who manage volunteers or oversee quality assurance measures are encouraged to attend.
