January 13, 2023 - The Kentucky CASA Network has announced three new full-time positions to help advance its mission of supporting the development, growth, and continuation of local CASA programs in Kentucky. The positions and primary responsibilities include:

  • Network Services Manager – Assisting local CASA programs by serving as the primary contact for new local program executive directors and working as part of the Quality Assurance Team
  • Research and Data Analyst – Leading and aligning the collection, management, and architecture of all internal and external data for the Kentucky CASA Network’s projects and initiatives
  • Director of Volunteer Recruitment and Program Capacity – Assisting local CASA programs with statewide recruitment of CASA volunteers and supporting new and existing local programs with program development and expansion

These positions were developed to assist the Kentucky CASA Network with implementing its 2022-2024 Statewide Growth Plan, which includes increasing the total number of active/assigned CASA volunteers, expanding CASA programs geographically into unserved counties, providing quality technical assistance to local programs, and collecting and analyzing data to examine the outcomes of CASA advocacy in the state.

As CASA continues to expand throughout the Commonwealth, Kentucky CASA Network staff must also strengthen its own capacity in order to best serve local CASA programs as they recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to provide best-interest advocacy for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. These three new positions will help meet needs identified by both the state association and local programs and will strengthen the CASA network as a whole.

Postings for each new position can be found on the Kentucky CASA Network’s Careers page. The KCN seeks to recruit diverse applicants and encourages those from marginalized and diverse backgrounds statewide to apply. Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to the attention of the State Director/CEO at careers@kentuckycasanetwork.org by February 3, 2023.
