Self Care: Not a Luxury, but a Necessity
Participants will learn to define self-care. They will learn to demonstrate simple self-care techniques. They will learn how the brain changes during stress. Participants will be able to demonstrate mindfulness. They will learn to understand that perception can be different among others but that does not make it wrong.
